When you contact Phase18, we use the name, organization, email address, job title, and message you provide to respond and discuss your request.

How the form works

The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from abuse and Resend processes email delivery to our business inbox. Those providers process information needed to provide their services, including technical request information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical information such as your IP address when the fonts are requested.

Your choices

Please don’t submit sensitive university records, student information, employee data, or credentials. To ask about an inquiry or request deletion of your message, contact mason@phase18systems.com. Inquiry messages are kept in the business inbox for follow-up and business correspondence; this website does not store a separate inquiry database.

Website analytics

This website does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Security services may use technical data to prevent abuse.
